The Unitex Uni-Base Board is made locally at the Unitex manufacturing facility in Dandenong (Victoria, Australia).
Unitex Uni-Base Board System is fully compliant with the NCC (BCA) & all Unitex manufacturing processes undergo regular internal audits, along with an annual external audit by CodeMark & BRANZ Assessors so that Unitex can confidently claim that all made product components & accessory components are fit for purpose & quality approved.
The accredited system incorporates the Unitex-nominated components as tested & allows nil substitution.
The Unitex Uni-Base Board System, - Pre-Coated Rendered Panels are available in a standard size sheet of L2400mm x W1200mm at the required thickness for the thermal comfort specified for the project (generally 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm, plus a coating thickness of 6 -15mm over surface & importantly, over fixings).
DuPont FlexWrap NF is a premium performance, extendable self-adhered flashing material that can be applied over a wide range of building substrates, including non-nailable sheathing materials like PSfoam board, fiberboard, concrete masonry unit (CMU), and other such materials. DuPont FlexWrap NF does not require the use of mechanical fasteners in the flexed corner areas when installed according to the flashing installation guidelines issued by DuPont.
